This past Saturday, 70 volunteers took to the sand for a beach cleanup at Ideal Beach in Middletown. At first glance the beach looked clean but after 4 hours over 650 pounds of debris had been removed from the sand. Behind every cleanup we aim to do a handful of things; raise awareness and bring light to the pollution problems, collect data we can use to generate legislation, and create transformative change that will have an impact on the choices consumers make. A very big thank you to our partners at Jonesbar, Philly Surf Crew, and REEF for joining us & Luigi's Pizza of Ocean for their generous food donation.
