ORTLEY BEACH CLEANUP VOLUNTEER DETAILS
Thank you for your commitment! The following is a general overview of key information you will need to participate in our Ortley Beach Cleanup this weekend:
Dates: Sunday (11/25).
When: 8 am to 3 pm
Where: Volunteers will meet at Bellcrest Plaza on Fischer Blvd in Toms River NJ (931-953 Fischer Blvd.). After you pass the Cattus Island Park entrance look for the Surfrider flag in the large parking lot.
Other Details:
1. Supplies:
- bring your own food and water for the day.
- wear work clothes, heavy boots, work gloves, and dust masks/respirators
- if you can, bring pry bars, hammers, contractor bags, brooms, shovels, …
2. There will be limited bathroom access
3. Volunteers must be 18 years of age and in good physical health.
