Call the Governor Christie (609-292-6000) and let him know that beach access is a universal right protected by the Public Trust Doctrine.
- Tell him beach access is a universal right and it shouldn't vary town by town
- Tell him you are a tourist to NJ beaches and his new beach access rules will not increase beach access.
- Tell him that allowing towns to come up with their own access plans does not make sense since some towns restrict access
- Tell him also that state money should not go to replenish inaccessible beaches.
- Ask him to start over on the public access rules.
