Public Hearing on Revised Beach Access Rules

The DEP has revised their beach access rule proposal but not enough. Access along developed shorelines especially in the northern part of the state is not improved by this revised rule. Come out and tell the DEP to get it right.
There is another public hearing on beach access earlier the same day 12:00 PM in Avalon, at the Avalon Municipal Court Meeting Room, 3100 Dune Drive, Avalon, N.J. 08202. Information for both hearing is below:
